Infos von Alex Carey:

Stand: Juli 2006

This 1984 Thersby Ducati TT F2 was ordered by Alex from Roy Thersby at the London Olympia show in October 1984, to his special coulours like the MV Agustas. The bike was delivered to Alex by Roy in 23th december 1984, Alex was the first customer to get a Thersby-TT. Thersby used standard parts of a Ducati 600 TL, like the engine, forks, wheels and the modified swing arm. Alex moved the battery from the seat, now all fasterners are stainless and the spindles are titanium. All the mild steel brackets were made in alloy, as was the chain guard. Where possible he lightened parts. He made the stainless prop-stand. The ports were blended by him and the gearing raised, performance increased from 115 mph/50 mpg to 135 mph/up to 114 mpg! The fuel tank has been modified to take two caps.
